Accuracy of rolling bearings
The precision of rolling bearing is divided into (mainly) dimensional precision and rotational precision.The accuracy level has been standardized into six levels: level 0, level 6X, level 6, level 5, level 4 and level 2.
The accuracy increases from level 0 to level 0, which is sufficient for general use. Although the accuracy level above is based on ISO standard, its name is different in national standards.
Dimensional accuracy (items related to shaft and housing installation)
1. Allowable deviation of inner diameter, outer diameter, width and assembly width
2. The allowable deviation of the diameter of the inner and outer compound circles of the roller group
3. Allowable limit value of chamfering size
4. Allowable variation of width
Rotation accuracy (items related to the pulsation of rotating body)
1. Radial run-out and axial run-out are allowed for inner and outer rings
2. Lateral runout is allowed in the inner ring
3. Allowable variation of inclination of outer diameter surface
4. Allowable variation of raceway thickness of thrust bearing
5. Allowable deviation and allowable variation of taper hole
